Fees for 2010 Season

At the Clubs A G M the fees for the 2010 season are

Senior Members £58.00

Junior Members £29.00

Day Tickets £10.00

All membership renewals to be received  by Secretary no latter than midnight 31st. Jan. 2009.

Members are reminded that they should make sure that they enclose a stamped self addressed envelope. Please include a contact email address it will help us keep you informed

Do you want to be involved with the running of your club?

We have vacancies on the committee for fit able people, yes men and women. If you are interested contact Chris Riseley the club secretary for more information.

Litter Problems

Once again the problem with litter on the waters.

Nigel was badly effected last season and whilst most members don't leave litter there is still a problem. If there is litter around the waters we ask you to pick it up even though it may not be your litter. Take it off the water you can always put it in the litter bins on the car park when you go back to your car.

Reminder  ENVIRONMENT AGENCY  Rod Licence are due for renewal from the

 Any member wishing to make a proposal must send these to the Secretary

 Would all members please note that for personal reasons Mr G. Wadey   tendered his resignation as chairman of the FFA Game Section to be affective from the date the secretary received written notice (3-12-2008 received) and the committee informed of his decision. As a club we would like to thank George for the excellent work he has carried out for many years on the committee and wish him all the best for the future

The Club Needs You

 If you are a fit and active members have you considered joining the committee to help with work party’s’ stocking, bailiff duties and taking an active interest in the running the club. You can be proposed and seconded for election at the A G M.  Contact Chris Riseley the Secretary for further details if interested.

George Wadey then stepped down as secretary and was given  rapturous applause for his work over the past 7 seasons as secretary.

And junior’s to rise by £1:50 from £27:50 to £29.

There has been an additional stocking to day for Nigel Burlington and Middle North.

Nigel

Due to the recurring problem with Argulus we will not be stocking Nigel on Wednesday 17th. September.  Nigel is not closed and members can still fish. We will be putting Nigel's stocking into Burlington.

5.  Any member fishing the Association's waters must comply with the Environmental Agency licence rules & members must carry their current membership cards to be produced on demand by any authorised person, WITH CALENDAR MARKED PRIOR TO FISHING
